Bob McVicker

President & Co-Owner

Bob started with Somerset Door & Column while still in high school as a sander in the mill. He has performed most of the job duties in the shop at one time or another. Eventually, he was promoted to Production Manager. His last role prior to buying the company was as General Manager.

Bob and his wife Marcy are empty nesters and live in Somerset. He is a father of four and grandfather of eight. Having grown up on the family farm, he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and can still sometimes be found working in the shop as demand requires. He enjoys hunting, spending time at the cabin, the outdoors and can occasionally be found on a tractor working the fields.

Marcy McVicker

Vice President & Co-Owner

Marcy grew up in family of entrepreneurs. She worked for her parents at a young age and learned that business owners often have to wear many hats. In her early twenties, she sold newspaper advertising and managed special advertising sections. She eventually left after sixteen years to work with her mother with the intent to buy the family formal wear store after her mother retired. Since selling the formal store, Marcy is the HR manager, compliance extraordinaire, bookkeeping back up and office jack-of-all-trades.

Marcy is a wife, mother, mimi and cat mom. She enjoys genealogy, spending time with family, decorating her church and volunteering.

Pete Putyrski

General Manager

Pete started with the company as Sales Manager. His background is in procurement plus building materials sales. He creates and manages production scheduling, material and tooling purchases, sales and you may even run into him on a delivery (be sure to say hello!)

Pete is a sports fan both on and off the field. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Erin, dog Barkley and cat Penny as well as playing golf and riding motorcycle.

Jeremy Weidner

Sales

With years of experience in property maintenance and house refurbishment as well as sales, Jeremy understands project deadlines. His favorite pastime is gardening.

Holly Pelliccione

Office Support Specialist

Accounting, shipping and general office duties fall to Holly. She is a lifelong resident of the area. Holly and her husband Chris have one son and a daughter-in-law. Her family and two dogs bring her much joy.

Luke Younkin

CAD Designer

Luke joined our team on the production side and now also works in the office. He has an Associates in Wood Technology & Cabinet Making. Luke lives with his wife and son in Somerset County. He enjoys hunting.

Matt Walker

Production Manager

Matt keeps orders moving through the mill. He is usually the last stop before shipping and has been a team member since 2013. Matt is involved in his church and also enjoys woodworking as a hobby.
